What if my plans change or something gets canceled?

Life happens — especially when traveling! I'll equip you with the information and contacts you need to handle disruptions. Refunds will be issued directly from the vendor, and I'll do my best to assist with alternative arrangements. I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Do you book flights?

I provide flight advice and can guide you on the best options, but I recommend booking flights directly with the airline to ensure you receive the best service in case of disruptions.
Do you book accommodations?

Yes! I can book accommodations on your behalf or recommend options on platforms like Airbnb or VRBO if those suit your needs better.
What if I only need help planning part of my trip?

That's totally fine! Whether you need help with a few days or the whole trip, I'll create a plan that fits your needs.
Do you work with families with special needs, large groups, or dietary restrictions?

Can I view my trip offline?

Yes! Your itinerary will be available on a mobile app, but I'll also provide a printable version so you always have a backup.
How far in advance should I start planning?

The earlier, the better — especially for summer or holiday travel. I recommend starting at least 3-4 months in advance. However, if you're planning a last-minute getaway, reach out and let's chat! Rush fees may apply depending on the timeline and complexity.
How does payment work?

After our initial consultation, I'll send you an invoice and travel agreement. Once full payment is received, the planning begins! For bookings, I'll collect credit card authorization and book accommodations, tours, and transportation on your behalf.
